Sisterhood Social Co. - Event & Community Agreement

Legal Responsibility & Liability
By attending a Sisterhood Social NWI event, participants acknowledge and agree that they are attending at their own risk. Sisterhood Social Co., its volunteers, and event collaborators are not legally responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of the event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and that of their dependents during events.

Alcohol Consumption
If alcohol is served, we expect that no one under 21 will consume alcohol. Proper identification may be requested by venue staff or Sisterhood Social Co. representatives. We encourage responsible drinking, and participants are expected to consume alcohol safely. Sisterhood Social Co. and event partners are not liable for incidents related to alcohol consumption.

Age Restrictions
Events hosted by Sisterhood Social Co. are 18+, unless otherwise specified. If an event is open to minors, they must be accompanied by an adult guardian who will assume full responsibility for the minor's safety and behavior during the event.

Business Collaborations & Partnerships
Sisterhood Social Co. often collaborates with local businesses and venues. While we strive to work with reputable partners, we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or liabilities of any third-party businesses involved in hosting or providing services during our events.

Respect for Venues & Property
Members of Sisterhood Social Co. are expected to treat all venues, business spaces, and restaurants with the utmost respect. Any damage, breakage, or vandalism caused by a member to property belonging to our collaborating businesses or Sisterhood Social Co. will be the sole financial responsibility of the member involved. Members agree to cover all costs associated with the repair or replacement of damaged property, as assessed by the business owner or Sisterhood Social Co.

Respect and Inclusivity
Treat all members with respect and kindness. We celebrate diversity and inclusivity within our sisterhood. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.

Positive Atmosphere
Maintain a supportive environment in both events and chat discussions. Unsolicited advertising, promotions, or selling of products/services is not permitted.

Event Registration & Tickets
All ticket sales for events hosted by Sisterhood Social Co. are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law. Tickets are non-transferable to other events unless explicitly stated in the event details.

Event Changes & Cancellations
Sisterhood Social Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and any applicable refund policies will be communicated.

Privacy & Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information about members without their explicit consent. Sisterhood Social Co. is not liable for any personal information shared by members in events, group chats, or community spaces. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Ensure that all content shared in group chats or events is family-friendly and aligns with community values.

Event Commitment
If you RSVP to an event, please attend or provide timely notice if you are unable to make it. This allows us to plan and allocate resources effectively.

Photography & Media
Sisterhood Social Co. reserves the right to take photographs and videos during events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to potentially being photographed or filmed. If you have concerns, please notify an event organizer in advance.

Feedback
Constructive feedback is welcome and appreciated. Please share your feedback respectfully with event organizers.

Waiver of Liability
By registering for or attending any Sisterhood Social Co. event, participants agree to waive any claims of liability or damages against Sisterhood Social Co., event staff, volunteers, and collaborating businesses.

Assumption of Risk
By participating in Sisterhood Social Co. events, members acknowledge that certain activities may carry inherent risks. Sisterhood Social Co. is not liable for any accidental injury, illness, or harm sustained during or resulting from event participation. Members voluntarily assume all such risks.

Code of Conduct
All members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward other participants, volunteers, and venue staff. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any actions that disturb the peace of an event or community space may result in removal from the event and possible revocation of membership.

Personal Belongings
Members are responsible for their personal belongings during events. Sisterhood Social Co. and its partners are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Health Disclaimer
Participants are responsible for following any health protocols in place, as required by Sisterhood Social Co. or the event venue. Members should refrain from attending events if they are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to communicable diseases. Sisterhood Social Co. will follow all local health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event. Participants are expected to adhere to any guidelines to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Rule Changes
Sisterhood Social Co. reserves the right to modify or update these guidelines as needed to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all members and participants.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in events or community interactions will be addressed internally. Open and respectful communication is encouraged to resolve issues. Sisterhood Social Co. reserves the right to remove individuals from events or community spaces if disputes cannot be resolved amicably.

Membership Termination
Sisterhood Social Co. reserves the right to revoke a member’s participation in events, community chat, or membership within the organization for violations of this agreement, code of conduct, or community guidelines. Such decisions are final and at the discretion of Sisterhood Social Co.

By participating in the Sisterhood Social Co. group, events, or community chat, you agree to follow these guidelines.

What to Expect:

Choose Your Craft – You can paint your own ceramic ornament in any style you like or decorate a faux wreath with seasonal touches like pine cones, bows, and other decorative picks. Craft something that feels just right for you - this will be a laid-back, DIY-style experience!

All Supplies Provided –We’ll have everything you need, tailored to your chosen craft: painting supplies for ceramic ornaments, and for faux wreaths, ribbons, pine cones, and other decorative picks. Just bring yourself and some holiday spirit!

Holiday Treats & Tunes – Enjoy holiday treats and drinks, and festive music to get you in the seasonal spirit while you craft.

Optional 2024 Favorite Thing Exchange – Bring a small item (under $10) that you loved this year! We’ll have a fun gift exchange where you can share your favorite find and go home with something new from another sister.
